Online Payments

We now offer homeowners the option to pay their association fees online! There are a few items you will need in order to make a payment.

Management ID: 6978 Association ID: 687 Property/Account Number: Five digit account number that you have with P & G Association Management.

The account number this is listed on the assessment coupons and on statements. If you don’t know your account number please contact management.

** A TRANSACTION FEE WILL APPLY FOR DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS!**

Paint Schemes

If you are interested in painting your home there are six (6) approved paint schemes specifically chosen for your Community.

Here are the paint schemes. Please understand that these are scans of the paint samples, they may look different from the samples you receive directly from Sherwin Williams.

Once you have chosen your paint scheme, complete an ARC form not where each color will be painted on the home. (i.e. the body, trim, door, etc.) Mail or email the completed ARC from to P&G Association Management.
