Per NRS 116.3108(3) notice of board meetings provided on website. Per NRS 3108(4) a copy of the agenda can be obtained 10 days prior to the meeting by contacting management.  

Paint Information

If you are interested in painting your home, you can paint the home using three of the approved paint colors specifically chosen for your Community.

Here are the paint colors you can use to paint your home.

Once you have chosen your paint scheme, complete an ARC form with notes where each color will be painted on the home. (i.e. the body, trim, door, etc.) Mail or email the completed ARC from to P&G Association Management.
