Mountainside HOA
Mountainside is a friendly community of 417 homeowners, tucked into the foothills of the River Mountains in easternmost Henderson, ten miles northwest of Boulder City.
This community is striving to maintain the peaceful and pleasing environment their homeowners have enjoyed since its establishment in 1996.
Residence here take pride in working together to ensure that Mountainside is a safe, clean, and attractive place to call home.

Do you have a question about your landscaping? What to plant? Or watering questions? The community landscaper is happy to answer any questions any owner in the community may have. You can email Cameron with Chicago Landscape at cameron@chicagolandscapelv.com. The subject tittle must be “Mountainside Homeowner Question.” If not the landscaper will not respond.
Watering Schedule
Mountainside Veiw HOA is assigned to Schedule A.
November - February the watering day is Monday
March - April the watering days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
May - August is Monday- Saturday.
September - October is Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Homeowners HERE is a list of items management will be looking out for on inspections. If you have any questions or concerns please contact management.
Online Payments
We now offer homeowners the option to pay their association fees online! There are a few items you will need in order to make a payment.
Management ID: 4653 Association ID: MTS Property/Account Number: Five digit account number that you have with P & G Association Management.
The account number this is listed on the assessment coupons and on statements. If you don’t know your account number please contact management.
